Description
STRUCTURE:
The wattled graphite-reinforced politetraftoretilenovy (teflon) fibers reinforced on corners by polyamide (aramide) fibers (known also under a trademark ("kevlar").
APPOINTMENT:
Consolidation of omental cameras of the pumps which are pumping over moderately abrasive environments.
WORKING ENVIRONMENTS:
Abrasive environments, oils, oil processing products, the crystallizing solutions of salts, solutions of acids and alkalis.
ADVANTAGES:
Politetraftoretilenovy fibers have extremely low coefficient of friction thanks to what the thermal emission and wear decreases.
Kevlar fibers out of which corners are weaved possess very high tensile strength, comparable with a steel durability. Thanks to this property this stuffing is recommended for use on the pumps moving moderately abrasive environments.
